Wonderful mother and lover and friend, we miss you.
Hi Grandma, I’m just calling to say I miss you and I love you so very much and thank you for always praying for me, for encouraging me just being you, and for always just, I love you.
I think I would say something like that. But I really don’t know. I do know I miss you. I do know I always love you. And I do know I am most, very grateful to Jesus for you for creating life, and giving me my momma, my friend, and for living your life to the full.. I could also say thank you for giving me a chance to be here as well, and love on my beautiful children. Who love you.
Life is so short and I’m just so thankful that somewhere in the chaos of it all, I got to know you. You gave me so much, just giving me a chance to get to know you and the beautiful person you are. I still believe that.
Even as you are gone to heaven to be with Lord Jesus, I still believe you are. That beautiful person I got to know, that others got to know in their own way, is still with us. Still here. Just different. Just a glow, of hope and wonder.
I hear you, but not on the phone.. I hear you as I read your note to me one letter ago,
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
and lean not on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him.
and he will make your paths straight.”
Such simple words, such big meaning when those are the words you wrote for me, you shared your heart in those words with me, and Jesus gave us those words, for all who believe. Proverbs 3:5-6
I love you, Grandma, and I love you Jesus, most. Thanks for always being with me. Even as I look forward to seeing my grandma M. Ann’s face, I’ll hug her and hold her close if I can. Maybe she’s little like me, like Daisy. And we can both be friends. But I bet she has a better arm than me, so maybe I’ll just watch and learn in the big out field. It’s been a pleasure knowing you Grandma, and I look forward to when Jesus brings us all home together again. Someday when forever is not the end.
Love and hugs and prayers, for all those grieving a loss, missing a friend and knowing your Savior is here even now in the waiting. You are never alone. We are always loved. And we forever will have a home, in Jesus name and by his beautiful, loving grace.. thank you Jesus for your sacrifice for me and for loving me enough to give your life away for me, and for all who need you. I need you Jesus, thank you for loving me and forgiving me. I trust in you, Lord Jesus. Please guard my heart, and let me live with you. In Jesus name, amen.
